215 ILCS 5/351A-4.5: Long-term care; coverages.

Nothing in this Code prohibits an insurance company from offering a long-term care insurance policy that provides for (1) reimbursement of paid premiums in the event of cancellation or (2) reduced benefits in the event the policyholder discontinues premium payments.
