215 ILCS 5/356z.89: Coverage for preeclampsia biomarker testing.

Any group or individual policy of accident and health insurance or managed care plan amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2028 shall cover, without imposing a deductible, coinsurance, copayment, or any other cost-sharing requirement upon the insured, preeclampsia biomarker testing for predictive screening in asymptomatic individuals, or for diagnosis and management when symptoms are present.
