215 ILCS 5/511.108: Felony convictions.

Any administrator and any individual listed on the application as required by Section 511.103, who is convicted of a felony shall report such conviction to the Director within 30 days of the entry date of the judgment. Within that 30-day period, the administrator shall also provide the Director with a copy of the judgment, the probation or commitment order and any other relevant documents.
