215 ILCS 5/531.15: Examination of the Association - Annual Report.

The Association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the Director. The board of directors must submit to the Director, not later than the first day of the fifth month following the end of the Association's fiscal year, a financial report for such fiscal year in a form acceptable to the Director and a report of its activities during such fiscal year.
