CHAPTER 220 UTILITIES
Citizens Utility Board Act.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5 of this Act, the corporation shall have the authority to solicit and accept contributions made pursuant to Section 16-111.1 of the Public Utilities Act.
