220 ILCS 10/8: Annual membership meeting.

All members shall be eligible to attend, participate in and vote in the annual membership meeting called by the board under subsection (3) of Section 7. The meeting shall be open to the public and shall be held in different districts on a rotating basis. Each year a meeting shall be held in each board district for the members of such district. Such members shall receive notice of that meeting at least 14 days in advance.
