CHAPTER 220 UTILITIES
Illinois Gas Pipeline Safety Act.

"Person" means any individual, firm, joint venture, partnership, corporation, company, limited liability company, firm, association, municipality, cooperative association, or joint stock association, and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee or personal representative thereof.
