CHAPTER 220 UTILITIES
Small Business Utility Advocate Act.

A person who knowingly violates any provision of Section 10 of this Act shall be guilty of a business offense and fined not more than $1,000. Each such violation shall constitute a separate and continuing violation of this Act.
