220 ILCS 5/9-246: Rates; lead hazard cost recovery by investor-owned water utilities.

In determining the rates for an investor-owned public utility engaged in providing water service, the Commission shall allow the utility to recover annually any reasonable costs incurred by the utility to comply with Section 35.5 of the Illinois Plumbing License Law.
