CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Child Care Act of 1969.

"Early care and education center" means any early care and education provider that regularly provides early care and education for (1) more than 8 children in a family home, or (2) more than 3 children in a location other than a family home, including senior citizen buildings.
