CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Child Care Act of 1969.

"Unlicensed pre-adoptive and adoptive home" means any home that is not licensed by the Department as a foster family home and that receives a child or children for the purpose of adopting the child or children, but does not include an adoption-only home.
