225 ILCS 10/2.41: Supervisor of children.

"Supervisor of children" means an individual on site who is tasked with being aware of and being responsible for the ongoing safety and activity of each child, including requiring all children to be within the individual's vision and auditory range while also adapting to necessary privacy considerations, and who is close enough to the children to respond to a problem if necessary.
