225 ILCS 10/7.9: Excessive fees in adoption services prohibited.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Child Care Act of 1969.

Adoption services fees must be based on the costs associated with service delivery, and clients may be charged fees only for services provided. The Department shall define "excessive fees" by rule and shall adopt any rules necessary to implement this Section. Eligible agencies may be deemed compliant with this Section.
