CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Sex Offender Evaluation and Treatment Provider Act.

Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
