225 ILCS 110/14.5: Deposit of fees and fines.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

All of the fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund. On December 1 of each year, the Department shall transfer from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and Discipline Fund an amount equal to all the fees collected under subsection (b-5) of Section 14 of this Act since the previous December 1.
