Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004.

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license or certificate, the licensee or certificate holder shall immediately surrender the license, certificate, or licenses to the Department and if the licensee or certificate holder fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license or certificate.
