CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license or registration, the holder shall immediately surrender the license or registration to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license or certificate.
