Perfusionist Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

The regulation and licensing of perfusionists are exclusive powers and functions of the State. A home rule unit shall not regulate or license perfusionists. This Section is a denial and limitation under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
