Registered Surgical Assistant and Registered Surgical Technologist Title Protection Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029)

Upon the revocation or suspension of a certificate of registration, the registrant shall immediately surrender the certificate of registration to the Department. If the registrant fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the certificate of registration.
