CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Registered Surgical Assistant and Registered Surgical Technologist Title Protection Act.

The regulation of surgical assistants and surgical technologists is an exclusive power and function of the State. A home rule unit shall not regulate surgical assistants or surgical technologists. This Section is a limitation under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
