The Department, without further process or hearing, shall suspend the registration of any person who has been certified by court order as not having paid restitution to a person under Section 8A-3.5 of the Illinois Public Aid Code or under Section 17-10.5 or 46-1 of the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012. A person whose registration is suspended under this Section is prohibited from practicing until the restitution is made in full.
