CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act.

A volunteer health practitioner providing health or veterinary services pursuant to this Act may be considered a volunteer in accordance with subsection (k) of Section 10 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act for the purposes of workers' compensation coverage.
