225 ILCS 140/3: Applicability to volunteer health practitioners.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act.

This Act applies to volunteer health practitioners registered with a registration system that complies with Section 5 and who provide health or veterinary services in this State for a host entity or disaster relief organization while an emergency declaration is in effect.
