225 ILCS 20/29: Order or certified copy thereof - prima facie proof.

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that:

(1) Such signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary;

(2) Such Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) The Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
