CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the licensee's license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
