CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Commercial and Public Building Asbestos Abatement Act.

All fees and penalties collected by the Department pursuant to this Act shall be deposited into the Illinois School Asbestos Abatement Fund created by Section 16 of the Asbestos Abatement Act, and shall be available to the Department as provided in that Act.
