225 ILCS 225/21

The Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended, and the rules adopted under the Administrative Review Law apply to and govern all proceedings for judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Department under this Act. For the purposes of this Act, the term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
