225 ILCS 235/3.04

"Commercial structural pest control business location" means any location at or from which any person advertises or contracts to perform structural pest control services for hire or where a person is engaged or employed by that business to perform the services, store materials, keep records, or perform other pertinent activities, for the purpose of operating a structural pest control business at that business location, but does not include locations which exist solely for the purpose of accepting telephone calls and messages on behalf of the licensee.
