CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Structural Pest Control Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029)

"Non-commercial structural pest control location" means any location from which a person, who is not engaged in commercial structural pest control, performs structural pest control activities which are confined to structures directly associated with the activity, business, product or service of such person.
