"General use pesticide" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling or mitigating any pest, as defined in Section 3.07 of this Act, the use of which has been categorized as general under subparagraph (B) of paragraph (1) of subsection (d) of Section 3 of FIFRA.
