225 ILCS 25/33: Revocation orders.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)

An order of revocation, suspension, placement on probationary status, or other formal disciplinary action as the Department may deem proper, or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, is prima facie proof that:

(1) such signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary;

(2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) the Board and the members thereof are qualified.

Such proof may be rebutted.
