The regulation and licensing of dietitian nutritionists are exclusive functions of the State. A home rule unit may not regulate or license dietitian nutritionists. This Section is a limitation and denial of home rule powers under paragraph (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
