225 ILCS 305/32: Surrender of license or registration.

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license or registration, the licensee or professional design firm shall immediately surrender the license or licenses or registration to the Department and if the licensee or registrant fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license or registration.
