225 ILCS 310/31: Home rule.

The regulation and registration of interior designers are exclusive powers and functions of the State. A home rule unit may not regulate or register interior designers. This Section is a limitation and denial of home rule powers and functions under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
