Landscape Architecture Registration Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any registration, the registrant shall immediately surrender his or her certificate of registration to the Department. If the registrant fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the certificate of registration.
