225 ILCS 317/40: Deposit of fines and fees; appropriation.

Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act.

All administrative civil fines and fees collected pursuant to the Act shall be deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund, a special fund in the State treasury.
