CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

It is unlawful for any surveyor intern licensed under this Act to practice or attempt to practice land surveying except when in responsible charge under the overall supervision of a professional land surveyor.
