225 ILCS 330/19: Inactive status.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

Any person who notifies the Department, in writing on forms prescribed by the Department, may place his or her license on inactive status and shall be excused from the payment of renewal fees until he or she notifies the Department in writing of the intention to resume active status.

Any professional land surveyor whose license is in inactive status shall not practice land surveying in the State of Illinois.
