CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.

Any person licensed under this Act may advertise the availability of professional services in the public media or on the premises where such professional services are rendered, as permitted by law; provided, that such advertising is truthful and not misleading.
