225 ILCS 330/39: Surrender of license.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license or licenses to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
