CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

The Department shall maintain a roster of all structural engineers licensed under this Act showing their names and addresses of record. This roster shall be available upon request and payment of the required fee.
