225 ILCS 340/30: Surrender of license or registration.

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license or registration, the licensee or professional design firm shall immediately surrender the license, licenses, or registration to the Department and if the licensee or registrant fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license or registration.
