225 ILCS 411/10-5: Restrictions and limitations.

No person shall, without a valid license issued by the Department, (i) hold himself or herself out in any manner to the public as a licensed cemetery authority, licensed cemetery manager, or customer service employee or (ii) attach the title "licensed cemetery authority", "licensed cemetery manager", or "licensed customer service employee" to his or her name. No person shall, without a valid license or exemption from licensure from the Department, render or offer to render services constituting the practice of cemetery operation.
