CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Child Protective Investigator and Child Welfare Specialist Certification Act of 1987.

The Department shall give a written examination to qualified applicants for certified status.

Any applicant failing the examination may not be certified but shall be allowed to reapply.
