225 ILCS 422/115: Deposit of fees and fines.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Collateral Recovery Act.

All of the fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the Transportation Regulatory Fund and, subject to appropriation, may be used by the Commission for the administration of this Act.
