Collateral Recovery Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)

The Commission shall maintain a roster of names and addresses of all persons who hold valid licenses and recovery permits and all persons whose licenses or recovery permits have been suspended or revoked within the previous year.
