CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Detection of Deception Examiners Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license or licenses to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the same.
