CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Ferries Act.

Every keeper of a ferry who shall at any time take or demand more than the toll allowed as aforesaid, shall, for each offense, forfeit and pay to the party aggrieved the sum of $5, and such amount as he shall have illegally taken.
