CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Ferries Act.

If any keeper of a ferry shall fail to perform any of his duties under the two preceding sections, he shall, for each offense, forfeit to the person aggrieved the sum of $3, and shall be liable for all damages occasioned thereby.
