225 ILCS 443/180: Surrender of license.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender his or her license to the Commission. If the licensee fails to do so, the Commission has the right to seize the license.
